What’s new on the 2020 Volkswagen Jetta?
New model-years often bring a host of new and improved features. At least, that’s the case for the 2020 Volkswagen lineup. The Volkswagen Jetta, along with the other VW models, offers some great enhancements. If you’d like to learn more about what’s new on the 2020 Volkswagen Jetta, then you’re in the right place!
Standard driver assistance features on the 2020 Jetta
First and foremost, most 2020 Volkswagen models, including the Jetta, are getting some driver assistance technologies added as standard equipment. These include Blind Spot Monitor, Rear Traffic Alert, Forward Collision Warning, and Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Monitoring. Thanks to these high-tech additions, drivers can feel more safe and secure on the road.
The 2020 Jetta is available in five unique trims – S, SE, R-Line, SEL, and SEL Premium. In addition to the newly standard driver assistance features mentioned above, all Jetta models are also getting the next-gen Car-Net telematics system as well as in-car Wi-Fi capability when you subscribe to a data plan. That way, you’ll be able to stay connected no matter where the road leads!
The SEL and SEL Premium models of the new Jetta come standard with wireless charging, which allows you to charge up your compatible devices without having a pesky cord get in the way.
Cold Weather Packages
The SE and SE R-Line trims of the 2020 Jetta are equipped with the Cold Weather Package, which includes a heated steering wheel, heated rear seats, remote start, heated washer nozzles, and more!
