My overall interaction with the service department was excellent, from point of contact for scheduling, to service completion. The process used to drop-off my car, schedule and obtain a loaner were both excellent. The loaner was waiting and in excellent condition. The service team was prepared for my arrival and welcomed me. The team knew why I was there, asked appropriate questions, and explained the process in detail including costs and completion timeline. There were no surprises. This was an unexpected level of concern, attention to detail, customer advocacy, and excellent communication when compared to past service interactions with other service centers over many years of automobile ownership.
